Mason loves to climb on EVERYTHING!
Today he was putting his ball in the middle of this table and then climbing up onto the table, standing on it, getting his ball out, throwing it…REPEAT! Over and over!

He makes me laugh!! I am so thankful I get to stay home this summer with him!! Oh how hard it is going to be to go back to work!!
On Saturday, we had a quiet day with just the 3 of us. We went to Noah’s baseball game and came home ate lunch and napped. When we woke up we decided to go to the Water park. I had been wanting to take the boys, but Noah was back at home so we took Mase. The weekends are usually full of us driving to Mesquite or doing something that involves more than just us…but it was nice to spend with day with Brian and Mason!
Mason loves to swim! It took him a few minutes to warm up to walking in the water by himself, but he caught on fast!
He enjoyed playing with his Daddy in the water!
His new favorite thing to do is crawl up in chairs. No matter where he is…He is climbing! He climbs onto the couch into the rocking chair. At the water park he found a chair he kept sitting in!
After dinner that night and Mason was in bed Brian & I rented a movie on u-verse and I actually stayed up for the entire movie (I usually fall right to sleep and Brian watches the movie by himself)! It was nice to spend a Saturday relaxing with my boys!
We started our Friday morning off hoping Noah was feeling much better than yesterday. He threw up about 5 times and wasn’t able to keep any food down. He did feel much better today though!! I was so thankful!! We were going to take the boys swimming and weren’t able to go yesterday. I was looking forward to getting out of the house, so today since he was feeling better we were going to do something!
Today, we were able to take them to the movies. It was Mason’s 1st time at the movies. We went to see Winnie the Pooh. He did ok…not great…but not horrible! He is such a busy body at almost 14 months all he wanted to do is stand up in his chair. He was loving some popcorn though!
Noah was so quiet and watched the movie. He said he loved it! He told us when we got home he had so much fun at the movies!
After the movies, we came home and I left Daddy with both boys to go to the doctor. I have to admit it felt weird to not have Mason in the back seat with me. I actually turned around a couple times thinking I was checking on him!
The doctors appointment went well everything looked great! I took my glucose test so we’ll find out soon how that went.
I loved having Brian home with us this week! He took a week off from work to take a break and spend some time with us! So sad it’s already over. Daddy’s back to work next week.
Our new addition is expected to arrive Oct. 7th! I am 28 weeks along…Starting my 3rd trimester! Wow! This pregnancy has gone by fast. I guess it’s different when you already have a baby to love on while waiting for #2. We are in the process of getting all the boys situated in their rooms upstairs. We did a little switching up of Noah’s room and created a playroom for the boys in the bonus room. Our last room to do up there is sweet little Logan (I’m praying he has a sweet personality like his brother). I guess I’m not in as much of a hurry this time around knowing Mason didn’t sleep up there until he was around 6 months old, but I do have a plan.
I want to paint the walls grey, which are forest green right now from Noah’s hunting and camo so we will have to prime then paint :( I am so over painting! And use green and blue as the 2 main colors to decorate with kinda like in this inspiration pic.
I also want to make the bedding like I did for Mason but using this line of fabric.
With this one being the main fabric.
And I want some type of tree with owls…You can change the colors of this but I think it’s cute to put on the wall and have the lone branch over his crib.
I am also looking forward to the blanket my Grandmother is making for Logan with bright colors! So, soon I will begin the next project in my house another baby boy nursery!
